Ozzy Osbourne spent his final moments with his loved ones before he died Tuesday morning.

In the same statement, the Black Sabbath singer’s family confirmed that he had died Tuesday morning. He was 76.
“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning,” they said.

Earlier this month, the “No More Tears” artist had performed his last concert with Black Sabbath.

Fans were concerned for Ozzy’s health in early July when AI videos claiming that he was dying had circulated online. Kelly swiftly shut down rumors.

Ozzy revealed that he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2020.

The rock star has had health issues for years now and revealed in January 2020 that he had secretly been battling Parkinson’s disease for more than 15 years.

There is no known cure for the movement disorder of the nervous system, which often worsens over time, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Ozzy was also living in pain after sustaining horrible neck injuries from a 2003 quad biking accident. In May 2022, the heavy metal star shared that he could no longer “walk properly” and would be undergoing a “life-altering” neck surgery.

After the procedure, Ozzy shared that his walking had improved as he could “hold [his] head up” and he returned to the stage for an NFL halftime show in September 2022.

By the following year, Ozzy announced that he would no longer be touring amid rising health concerns.

“Never would have imagined that my touring days would have ended this way,” he shared in a statement at the time.

“I have now come to the realization that I’m not physically capable of doing my upcoming European/UK tour dates, as I know I couldn’t deal with the travel required,” he added.

Ozzy and his Black Sabbath bandmates performed alongside Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, Jack Black and other rockers in Birmingham, England earlier this month, marking the musician’s last gig before his passing.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer married Sharon in 1982. They shared three kids: Aimee, 41, Kelly, 40, and Jack, 39. Ozzy was also married to Thelma Riley — with whom he shared kids Elliot, 59, Jessica, 53, and Louis, 50 — from 1971 to 1982.
